Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

@outstander struggling with feeling completely humiliated i hate even anyone taking a glance at me or my daughter. I can't seem to wrap my head around any of it, just wish I could go away somewhere and be alone with just my daughter and chill there for a while until I am ok cause I genuinely don't feel ok and tbh my head has been messed up for years I am going to bed I don't want to think I am so angry also

If I didn't wake tommorow, then who would know and would it matter to anyone? By then it would be too late as no one can hear the thunder that roars within, and no one would hear my whispered please for help.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

@Former-Memberdo you want to create a thread? then we can talk in more detail and have a thread for everything your going through? others may be able to help you more too- this thread here is usually used for expressing worries then walking away- kinda like venting so not a whole heap of memebers will really comment on here whereas if you had a thread on somethings not right with the situation your in we could help more

would you be open to doing that?

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

You expressed a great piece of advice re @Former-Member on using on a special link or thread re worry problems. Congrats to you @outlander for your invaluable advice - it helps many on this forum and in day to day advice. One needs to express what has brought this about re @Former-Member and go from there. All praise to your initiative @outlander. With congratulations - Bimby2
