Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Why after an hour of waiting do they disconnect you. Just say at the start they cant chat to you. Helping people being really unhelpful again. No avenues left

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

I don’t know where to be or how to be. I haven’t moved from my bed pretty much all day. All day I’ve been in my head and I am so tired. Everything is creating/causing stress that shouldn’t be. I am swinging so wildly it is scary. I chickened out of volunteering today because I couldn’t trust myself. I’m so scared I’ll muck it up that I messed it up by not going. I am scared of my thoughts...all of them not just the obvious ones. How do I stop self sabotaging? How do I stop being so destructive? It all seems beyond me. I can’t manage simple skills that would help me move forward. A big part of me wants to give up, a small part says try again tomorrow. I worry that one day I won’t give myself a chance to see tomorrow, then again I won’t know that so it won’t matter. The battle of me again is pulling me apart and I walk right in every time. I’ve tried to reach out on here so many times but then I fear responding, how ridiculous is that. I have no clue what would help anymore😔😢😣😩😶😠

Please don’t respond to my drivel.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

@outlander I feel trapped tonight in my thoughts, in the past & my head is a mess.
I have cried hysterically today. I keep remembering things and reacting & keep getting very defensive. I also know I am fighting myself & reluctant to give info out because it is all here where everyone can see my business with my daughter. I already feel completely humiliated and violated

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

@outlander no one understands noone gets it and no one could every possibly understand. I hate who I am now I just hate it
I hate that I even hate I never hated anyone
I don't want anyone to save me and that's why I believe only you can save yourself cause I know how many people tried to help me in the last three or so years but can't so yeah only I can it just is unbearable at times the memories, the what happened, the what happened after, the loss of self worth and self respect stripped the hurt I have taken out on other and it all leads back to one bad relationship and what happened in that relationship which would take me years longer than it already has to even wrap my head around anymore before it i never wanted to hurt anyone I would sook like anything when I saw someone hurting now I just feel bitter, heartless, hurt like all F and just a mess

Feel for you @Former-Member. 🌹My daughter is going through this because of an abusive relationship and it does mess with the head badly.
