morning everyone
i have just gotten up with a very sore jaw but i have managed to have a shower with gizmo and iv had my meds for the day. just waiting for the pain to go away

its been out of place for the last couple months so been on pain killers. cant affored the dentist sh*t. so been in alot of pain with it.

Hi @Bubbles3, It's great to hear you are up and showered. I am having another productive day working on the next post for the DBT thread. I'm just having a break now and then I'll get back to it. It is super sunny here in Sydney and I am sitting out in my garden with my laptop. Sunshine definitely helps to lift my mood!

Nah was real person used to work for , he was athletic not like mark mitchell (?) character and had driest sense of humor had each other in stitches a few times lol
