Have you got a coping box of self-care stuff @Bubbles3 ? Maybe with some funky nail polish colours or something ? You could try marbling them on your nails ..... it's all creativity after all .....

well i have done alot today
-3 loads of washing, washed and hung out, drying
- vacuumed
- mopped
- cleaned the kids rooms
- cleaned my room and changed bed covers
-cleaned the kitchen area and done the dishes.
thats the most iv done in ages in one day
