I am just over it @Sans911. Lately it seems everyday something is coming up. And I am sick and tired of dragging everyone else into my crap. I still can't get a hold of myself and the thoughts are just going around and around in my head. I don't know how else to explain it but it feels too full. And I know how to empty it, but I really don't want to go down that path again.

And your gp on top of that... sheesh she needs to read the what not to say manual... 'just snap out of it' sounds a bit similar to what she said... sigh! i havent found a good gp since i lost my last one... understanding and competent in mh is hard to come by in gp's i think.. sigh! Here with you

Well after the day started really good, it just then fell apart. Thanks for the messages and support.
