RE: Darkness surrounds me

I saw that @Faith-and-Hope but thought I would tag everyone anyway. They might get it tomorrow. I was so mad after my docotrs app. and really hurt. I thought GP's were menat to understand mental health. Know that they are not experts in Mental health, but she said enought to make my SI urges come into my head. All I went in there was for some more sleeping tablets, and walked out with nothing.

@Sans911day started out so well too and then it just came crashing down. Was coping ok after the news of my Aunt, could control everything but the GP just set me off and everything went into overdrive.

Anyway, bit better now. Sat down just before and told the kids.

How did you go today? I know you went home today

Thanks @CheerBear it think I need to find one that has a speciality in MH. I cannot go through that again and what she said to me. That almost broke me tonight.

That sounds like it really would have been a test for anyone @Former-Member 😞 I'm shaking my head at the whole thing.

@CheerBearso am I. The part about getting better becasue I am seeing a psych took the cake, She knew I was pissed of when I left. I think she skipped the unit on mental health at doctor school!!

Yeah I am just all kinds of :S by that comment @Former-Member. It's ok to let someone know they've said something not ok with you, and I think times like that if you can manage to express it, are good opportunities for professionals to learn something. That totally doesn't help you at all with how today went, but I can sometimes get a bit of a high-five me feeling when I have been able to let someone who really probably should know better, that they could have done better.

@outlanderI really don't know. She was never the best GP but never said things like that before. She missed out on the Mental health lecture at school!

I probably should have said something to her @CheerBear might have made me feel a bit better. I think I was just too shocked and upset and just wanted to get the hell oout of there!
