Well I posted on your thread @outlander about going to doctors.
I am ok now thanks. I spoke to SCBC about 5pm again and feel a little calmer now. Just exhausted from no sleep last night and very little sleep the night before. I am sure you know what that is like!
I think I just got taken back by the flashbacks this time as it was a totally new CSA that I remembered. I know now I should have reached out for help earlier, I left it too late and was too far gone already. It's easy now to reflect on these things, but we don't think logically when we are so heightened.
I got a friend to take Miss 12 to dancing and hubby took Mr 9 out so I could come home, get myself looking half decent before they all got home.
That I think is my greatest fear, is that the kids see me having one of these 'episodes'.

had a bad day today. Had some new memories come up the last few nights and didn't cope with them in the best way. But I am ok now.

@Former-Member im glad your ok ❤ no sleep doesnt help and i totally understand that. In that state its hars to see what we need. Theres no judgement here ok. Things happen and we are here to help support you.
Im glad you have some time at home to yourself. Have a nice hot bath or something to relax. The more relaxed you are the better you'll sleep. ❤❤
