I got what you meant no worries @Former-Member .please keep yourself as safe as you can even if it means staying in bed or even being around the kids. I wont do anything in front of my sisters and im thinking your the same way.

@Sans911 I wouldn't feel bad at keeping them from them and mentioning it here. I know I have over medicated myself before to get some sleep. I think all of us would have at one time or another

I'm trying to keep safe @outlander. Normally my kids keep me safe but unfortunately this morning I am ashamed to say that even the thought of them wasn't helping me.
I think I have mastered the 'I'm fine' face!!!

@Former-Member it's still not an effective coping strategy, so that doesn't make it right. And the amount I took could have put me in danger, but I've developed a tolerance from taking them for some period of time.
