I have been reading some of your posts and know you have some problems that they sometimes tell you to do bad things. Is this right?

Does your hubby/partner help to get rid of them?

Hi @CheerBear thanks for that link today. I have read one of her books also. I watched it before and thought it was something I could relate to. I think it's something I will probably watch a few other times too just to remind myself why these memories are coming out how they are.

Hey @Former-Member 🙂 I am glad that you were able to relate to it too. It somehow made it less scary for me to know that maybe it was happening for a reason. I haven't caught up much on how people have gotten on today but I did see that you had a hard time. Big love to you. It is SO unfair and SO sucky. I hope and believe it won't always be this way though (for you, me, and everyone working through their version of this stuff).
