@outlanderit got to about 28 here to not too hot.

I was only asleep for about 15 mins before it all started anyway so whats the point. Been trying to do things to help, worked for a bit but gone downhill again.

I am so confused. I don't know if staying on here is helping or hindering at the moment. I talked it through with someone, helped for a bit, but back to where I was before hand. I am trying to fight but it is winning atm and I don't care anymore. I don't want to put this on you or anyone anymore. I hate who I am, what I do, what I think and all I do on here is winge and complain.

@Former-Membertake a few deep breaths, walk away the come back. if you cant be here then that is fine, if you want to talk about anything then im here listening to you even if you just want to rant.

@outlanderI am super sruggling with gn1 right now. I think I might just sit. I don't want to say any more to upset anyone on here.
