I cant imagine it would of been easy for you @Former-Member but you did it so please be kind to yourself.
No improvment here i just keep slipping further and further down with no hope i site just depends how kong i can hold of for i guess. Just beyond exhausted i guess!

@Former-MemberI'm sorry to hear that you feel you are slipping further and further down. I wish that I could help more than just words on here. 
Yes a couch day here. I am happy I didn't SH but it leaves me physcially and mentally exhausted. Got someone to take the kids to school and pick them up so I don't have to.

@Former-Member i am so glad to hear you have made arrangments for the kids to be picked up and dropped off at school. It sure can leave you exhausted and drained when you spend all your time trying not to listen to the screaming in your brain, yet its so hard for others to understand why you are so tired and exhausted! Be extra kind to yourself to nell ya had a rough night and i know underatand your exhaustion, i hope that today is kind to you and you manage to get some rest.
