@Sans911ohhhh so you are getting him/her. That sounds like a great idea.
Got to sleep ok but even the meds didn't help with the mightmare last night. Still in my head now, but was able to use some strategies to get that control back. On a positive note I didn't SH so happy about that. Thanks again for last night.

@Former-Member - proud of you for staying safe. Well done. The only problem with getting the kitty is I'm away Thurs until Monday at the mh respite. My house mate won't be around much as she is working. I'll have to think about this today & make a decision. Are you taking that medication yet for nightmares, the one that affects your blood pressure?

@Sans911no not yet. I take two different types at night and pdoc has been adjusting them. So I take the maximum dosage allowed on them both. He said last time if this doesn't work then he will try me on the one that affects your blood pressure. I see him next Monday, so will get the script for it then.
Good that you are going to the nh respite, know weekends are difficult for you. Perhaps they can hold the cat until Monday for you.
