@Thanks @Faith-and-Hope, I'm like @outlander and feel like I attract these low life's through my visible vulnerabilities,whether it's from me being S.A at the age of 16 who knows?Sounds like you went through it.I think I rather the idiot replied in the way that I know he received it but didn't want the abuse.He knew I battled depression,and telling me to take my life was cruel.But then when I seen him on a dating website/s past few days there should be somewhere people can report these dv perpetrators.Mainly as stated it was the impact of it when I get SC thoughts and depressed.

@Former-Member glue gun is for all sorts but tonight was to stick glass beads to a pot and make a small thing for plant to grow up.
Or i felt i was just making a big mess and wasting glue haha.
Babysitting is my job its hard to explain without giving away myself possibly. I now am gonna make a beads n bell thing for back yard:)

Thanks @Former-Member .... just realised I might need a hot glue gun in my Coping Box .... ✔️ Not sure whether that will make me a menace or not ...... but there is a craft shop not too far from here.

Just the impact when I'm depressed that's all.I can understand the impact of social media on SC deaths like the young dolly 14 yr old.As I said I regret not going to the police at the time.

@Former-Memberyea understand sometimes hard to explain things.
I use a glue gun too but more so for my daughters dancing costumes! It is a good distraction however. Sounds like a nice thing to do with the beads and pots

@outlandergot to take kids to school and then go to chemist. Am hoping my psych gets into contact with me too after I emailed him late last week. Been a hard few days. Had to take prn today, way too many people around

thats understandable @Former-Member lots of people leads to all sorts of emotions at least you got through the day. i hope your psych gets back to you as well, hes usually pretty good in communicating by what youve said here. it has been a hard few days for you, but youve gotten through them the best you can
i need to take the kids to school and get to the gp, its going to be a harder session as she needs to redo the mental health assessment which means being hinest about my thoughts and feelings
