Way to go @Former-Member and @Faith-and-Hope. Empowering yourself and no longer allowing that person to make you feel like cr*p.

I haven't heard from him so far so I hope I've had the last word,even if the P**** didn't read it .I don't know about empowering but when I'm severely depressed it affects me badly and I knew @soul when he continually made me feel guilty for saying "no".It torments me when I'm depressed and as I have had psychosis in my life I just had to release it this morning and give it back.

@Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope, I don't think I'd be worse off if I went with him, couldn't be any worse sometimes than putting up with my mother whoose self centredness is getting worse.Debating whether to take off to see a movie on Monday as I need to go out the door without her and breathe for a few hours.

Sounds like a good move @Former-Member .....

So proud of you for giving that guy what-for ..... hopefully that will help to get him out of your head.

Hi @Former-Member, day done, am home now resting. I did find a nice quiet spot for a coffee away from people. I don't handle crowds well these days.

It is ok not to be ok hun. You are doing the best you can under really crappy circumstances. Just remember we are here to help you through those dark times/days
