@outlanderI am hoping he gets back to me tomorrow. I see him on Wednesday but still seems so long between visits. Yes I have got through them, not great, but through them.

That is going to be a hard session tomorrow. Make sure you have got some self care planned for afterwards sis incase it stirs up any emotions/flashbacks.

how long do you have between appointments with him? as in do you do weekly fortnightly sessions? @Former-Member i am hoping her gets back to you tomorrow it sounds like your in need of abit of strife. you got through them and thats the main thing sis.

im not looking forward to tomorrow but it has to be done otherwise i cant see the psych on thursday. and might need to clear some thoughts for tuesday so maybe this slightly harder session is ok. and its in the morning so have all day to deal with it but need to get through tonight first

@outlanderI have weekly appt. with him at the moment. We tried fortnightly but just too long between them.

Hopefully tonight you can get some sleep. I am not sure if I will get much at all, have lots of thoughts in my head tonight.

Do you think you will get any sleep?

thats fair enough, once your a little more settled it might be able to extend to fortnightly @Former-Member i have to space mine out, i have 10 sessions to use in one yr so makes things really hard. im not sure about sleep, i feel strange but the new meds im on help quite abit with sleep

@outlanderI am lucky in the fact that I am covered by WC at the moment. But I know that won't last for ever and will need to use a mental health plan.

It sucks that the stupid mental health systems gives people so little.

I'm just over everything hun. Sick and tired of dealing with this every second of every day. My head is in screaming mode again tonight with SH/SI thoughts. Just been trying to distract myself and keep as safe as possible.

yes unfortunately it does suck @Former-Member i know how you feel. it gets abit tiring of just being sick and tired of dealing with it. is there something we can talk about to distract you for a little while? or anything that you want to talk about to help sort out your thoughts?

@outlanderI have been distracting myself which has been helping. I really want to SH atm but am trying to hold of as long as possible. The distraction is helping. Don;t think I can go into it all, will just get me more upset.
