@Former-Member thanks lovely, i dont really have word its all just hard right now. I get sleep just not till quiet late and its never rested in any way. I know you are battling your own demons at the moment, i am glad you are looking after yourself sleep well wonderful nell ❤❤❤

Good morning all. Got some sleep to about 4am when the nightmares returned. Was able to keep myself semi safe.
i hope today has some good in it for anyone who passes through here.
