Going ok, just trying to keep myself distracted. Haev taken meds about 20 mins ago but have done nothing, so might take more soon to help sleep.
How is your shoulder tonight?

@Former-Member - thanks for checking back in with me/us. Give your meds a little longer: 20mins isn't that long sweet, and your in high emotions. Glad our love and care is helping. You will get everything you can need me. You've been there so much for me. And I still need you even now to keep me checking in.
Shoulder is ok. I'm being good with resting it especially after I saw the report of the damage. I also have osteoarthritis which I suspected. I even got the duvet covers and washing down with one hand!

Yep. Even doing up a bra hehe and putting up my hair I can do one-handed! Beat that men:; if you have a bra that is and need to put up your man bun.
