I'm still working on the TOR thread so I might just stick to that.

It was more about the creativity of it @Zoe7 ..... was hoping for butterfly designs all over my nails ..... but that’s okay ..... maybe we could have a Butterfly House in The Octagonal Room ?

I actually don't have my own corner in TOR so maybe that can be the basis for what I design @Faith-and-Hope 
I can't DO too many threads atm - it is too hard and I get really overwhelmed/frustrated/triggered - none of which are good for me at all right now. I am really trying to stay connected here but it really is a huge effort log on

@Former-Member - a therapist and a friend gave me this Idea and I don't know if it will help, but I guess anything is worth a try huh? If you can get in a space to write a letter either to your younger self or as an adult, write a letter as if you were writing to the most dearest friend. What would you say to this friend is they were experiencing the same things as you? Would you tell them how much you care about them, how much you love their friendship and value the time you spend with them? Would you tell them you love them and are sorry to see them hurting so much? That you think they are worthwhile, valuable people that matter so much in yours and other's lives, and if they weren't around anymore, how much it would hurt to lose them, and how sad you would be for a long time. That you will stand by them no matter what, that you hold no judgement about their character or what has passed, and you love them unconditionally. Keep this letter in a safe place and when you get distressed, bring it out to read. It is about you, and how valuable you are, how much pain you have suffered by you are still worthy and valuable. It might help.
