@Zoe7I understand hun. GN2 is already out the window tonight. I have little to no self control with that one. I fkn hate this at the moment. And everyone, even my pdoc says it is b/c hubby is away but I think that hasn't helped but I don't think it will magically all dissapear when he gets home

You were struggling before hubby went away @Former-Member - sometimes I think others only 'see' what they want and not is really happening for us. I am even finding it hard to verbalise myself lately - think that has a lot to do with not actually feeling heard so no point 'talking'.

@Faith-and-Hopelove that idea . might be something I try later on.

ok @Zoe7 I can't start it yet anyway, I know it will be a good distraction but too upset atm

@outlander posted a list of distraction activities this afternoon on this thread @Zoe7 that came from the DBT manual. One of them was to imagine the most incredible Day Soa Experience, and plan it out.

Another one was the best holiday escape ...

There were many more.

If the activities are raised as threads, they can be added to with images, and can be visited any time of day or night.
