@nell23i use to have chickens once apon a time as well! Its an easy part to hate lovely because its so bloody hard to do! I understand the thoughts going so fast i dont know if prn is an option to you or prob already given it ago. I really wish i had the answers for you i hate to see you struggling so...sometimes when im like that i pick up a pen and just scribble more often than not its a big black mess but normally words written of words sometimes it helps other times not so much..that prob not very helpful sorry! Making anything with the lego or just keeping hands busy? I know walking on legos can be a good distraction! ❤❤❤

@Former-Memberwell we had chickens until the foxes ate them! No more chickens now. I have got a tub of lego, build something break it apart, build something else, break it apart and just keep going

This med increase is not great and does not seem to be helping with the nights as yet - still holding onto a little hope that it will eventually but the nightmares have increased again and not knowing what is real and what is a dream again - so 'life' pretty much sucks atm
