Thanks @Former-Member, I hate being needy. I hate asking for help on here and in real life. Getting better at it but still hate it. But promised my psychologist I would work on it

yeh i kinda know what you mean about a bad few days/weeks
sometimes i think pondering it all can be as helpful as it can be damaging..
atm i am just listening to a podcast with a psychologist talking.. pretty interesting stuff and i am also working an art/creative outlet on the pc.
Lonely nights can sometimes be the best for the mind i think

@MDTat the moment I am watching the big bang theory on and got some smelly candles burning and playing with some lego! Trying to keep my mind occupied but not having much success.

@Former-Member i hear you loud and clear about asking for help here and in real life i totally do, sometime i know asking is what i need to do but can never bring myself to do it! I know its so easy to say dont be afraid to ask as i am only a @ away, even if you wanna talk about weather or ducks i dont mind *hug*
