Tried to get into contact with psych but hasn't answered his messages. Don't think he will now. Somehow have to get through tonight.

Ummm @outlander don't think I can on here. Lets just say last night was bad and came very close to.... Am not sure yet how tonight will pan out yet. I needed to talk to my psych to put a few things in place but cannot get onto him.

ok well maybe we can come up with some strategies to help you get through the night in case you dont hear from your psych tonight?

@outlanderI have started writing down a few things. Not sure if I can say them on here because they are specific to GN1. I don't think I will hear from the psych now, too late.

ok so dont specify on here @Former-Member but can help you with other ways if you like? i was reading my DBT book earlier on and it had some ideas i havent thought of before that may help you too?

ok how about i write a list of a few things your could try or see if your interested in trying? they will be inside activities for you and things you can do at night without casuing any disruption to the kids @Former-Member how does that sound?
