Nothing more to say, just not worth it anymore.

tell that voice in your head stating that you are not worth it to take a hike..

find the voice in your head that tells you how brave and strong you are in fighting this...

as everyone is telling you and sincerely meaning what they are saying ...

you most certainly are worth it...

I have a teddy bear that I hug...do you have something special?.,..

I told my psychologist ...I thought that she would think I am weird...she replied with that is a way of grounding yourself...I did not know that...

even a nice piece of fabric or a cushion...pillow....with your favourite pillow case,., a tree or plant in your garden that you can touch or smell...
