Oh @Sans911 you have nothing to be sorry about at all. I would rather you write how you are going/feeling instead of keeping it bottled up inside of you. In no way was how it came across.

I don’t think you realise how much your words mean to me. Sometimes it is like you can read my mind and know exactly what to write in order to help me feel better.

You also don’t realise how privileged I feel that you feel comfortable enough with me that you can write how you are feeling and let me into your world. I care about you so much sis and only want what is best for you.

I hope you have a great day sailing tomorrow and find some joy in it. Sleep well my precious sis, you are so important to me. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Good morning to you both. Got about 7 hours sleep last night. (YEA!) The increase in meds helped last night. Did have some nightmares but were not as intense so must have stayed asleep during them. I can remember them but they didn't bring that flight or fight response they normally do.

However, not going to get my hopes up high until I have a few more nights like this! hopefully!!

@outlandersorry you had a rough night with nightmares. Hope you appt. goes well and you get some rest today

@Sans911have a good time sailing and you have nearly made it sweetie. One more sleep to go until you get to see the psychologist. You can do this!

Do feel better today but a bit groggy. Fine line between the meds making me sleep and feeling ok the next day

@Former-Member it can be a very fine line, i found that sometimes it helps if i take them at the same time every night. I hope the groggy feeling lifts for you soon, take care nell
