im ok, just hanging around watching a movie in bed. feels like its been a big day but hasnt really. think the hrs just dragged on past today

@outlanderit feels like a very long day. I am watching BBT just for something different!!
Kids have gone to be so just sitting on couch waiting for them to fall asleep.

Just spoje to hubby, 4 more nights!

@outlanderthey better be asleep soon. Somehow I don't think I will be staying up to see the moon! Will take full lot of meds and sleep.

I told him before he is not allowed to go away for this long ever again!!

no sleep hasnt been coming good. thankfully the new heartburn meds are helping and as of yesterday the pain is settling. in a way its a good thing as something is working but i worry that itll pass and then the gp will think i was lying. i still get the pain but im learning to manage it so could be that too and the meds settling everything down internally. i was able to settle a little better into sleep last night but was up really early, hopefully tonight will be something similar but sleep the whole night- but take what we can get hey!

@outlanderI havent even looked outside to see if it is a clear night, might have too.

I do hope the pain starts to settle down even more and that you can get some more sleep. You deserve things to go your way hun

@Former-Member i hope it lovely when hubby comes home in 4 days, you have seen doing so darn well to do this all on your own! you have so much strength i know you struggle to see it. I hope you manage some sleep tonight the both of you @outlander. i understand about the painful long days its been that way here for a good while now!!!

Pdoc has upped my sleeping meds so will try that tonight and hopefully sleep will come
