Yeah .... had drunk coffee and probably not enough water for how humid it was on Saturday @Former-Member ...... living and learning here .... definitely soaking up the cool weather now @Catcakes, and it looks like we have it for a week before things start heating up again.

I have lots of crappy days, swapping meds at the moment and supposed to be monitoring blood sugars but hard when out and about.
Mum comes first as usual 😏

Probably a combination of all of it @Catcakes ..... not that I have ever had blood pressure problems, but I reckon stress plus dehydration would cause problems with that too. Have been resting up since then .... only walking a little bit locally for now.

Know that feeling @Catcakes,like doing my mother's sheets and pillowcases weekly or twice weekly due to heat and mine are left for when I get around to it.Hope your mother doesn't have the self centeredness mine has.

that makes sense @Faith-and-Hope and explains quite abit about why so many are affected by humidity esp those not use to is as much as others
