RE: Darkness surrounds me

Hi all,

Got about 3 hours sleep so better than the night before. Just taking things easy today. Got 6 kids in the household today, some school freinds over, but they are entertaining each other so that is good.

Night wasn't the best bit was better than the night previous. Still ended up SH but was able t control it quicker and didn't have to ring anyone. Still sore and sorry for myself but I am sure that will pass.

@Sans911hope today goes well looking after your freinds kids again. Glad to see your new meds are giving you more sleep.

oh gosh! @Former-Member well at least they are entertaining themselves hey. im glad you got abit of sleep too and was better in control last night. i managed a few hrs and doing preventaitve stuff today- avoiding stress, triggers, certain foods, staying hydrated and eating very small amounts. movie day here as it still hot. both kids are at school tomorrow so abit better routine will start happening again too.

@Former-Memberthe 6 kids don't bother me, They are playing outside a lot and are big enough to get their own lunch so is quite easy for me.

Your sleep last night doesn't sound peaceful at all. Hard when it is like that. Hopefully your day today isn't too busy either.
