Thanks @outlander,hanging on but my reality isn't good, couldn't see a life when I had counseling, antidepressants gave me false sense of hope,can't see a life now as it has all snowballed.

I think mood stabilisers are psychiatrist territory but some need ongoing monitoring of blood levels.

I’m thinking it must have been the heat and himidity that made me sick on the weekend too @Former-Member ..... I am used to heat, but not humidity. Probably didn’t take it seriously enough .....

For the record @Catcakes, I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression so mood stabilisers only exists for me as in the sense of antidepressants.
I'm no good in the humidity @Faith-and-Hope.On Sunday one point on my walk wanted to throw up and could see how those people who get lost in the bush etc on the news etc get disoriented and lost.

Yeah, just looked it up to understand it better @outlander @Former-Member ...... apparently it reduces the evaporation of perspiration and can cause heatstroke that way, as the body can’t cook itself down fast enough. That makes sense ...... sends blood supplies to the skin, restricting it for internal function.

Things are slowly clearing in our disaster area home @Catcakes.
Have taken myself out for coffee and breakfast this morning but feeling not-great again. Hope this passes soon.
