Ok @Former-Member. So you have 6 more sleeps until he comes back. It must be about halfway now right? You can do this? Are you still checking in with your pyschologist every 2days? What can you do tonight to take your mind off things?
Im about to have a huge rant on my usual thread and won't be tagging anyway, so it could prove a great distraction😀. I'll be around for about another 3 hours, so let's think about after that what you can do for the next few hours.

not long now @Former-Member only a week. we will be here for you every step of the way no matter how slow your taking it. hr by hr or minute by minute

@Sans911yep it is halfway. Still checking in with my psychologist. I am lucky to have him. He is very easy to talk to.
I don't exactly know what I will do tonight. Maybe your rant might be a good distraction.
@outlanderI was very lucky with who I spoke to last night. I'd hate to think what would of happened if she didn't answer.

@Former-MemberI am struggling to keep up with anybody else either. I hope you are travelling okish. I am just taking it slowly and trying to get through each night as safe as possible. Last night wasn't my best effort but still here now. Got mixed feelings about even that.

@Former-Member my darling do not worry about me right now you need to spend your time looking after you. I understand the mixed feelungs about it, i do. I how ever have no mixed feeling i am so glad you are still here you have been nothing but wonderful to me whilest you continue to struggle. Take it slow and try at be kind to yourself even if its just make your fav tea (if thats your thing) i am here with you i know its hard to believe in yourself right now but let me believe in you enough for the both of us. I am right here with you. Dont be afraid to ask if you wish to chat even if its about the moon:) xx
