@Former-Member knowing that you are still around and still fighting while you are struggling so hard lets me know you are there for me. I could never forget it:) i am just returning the kindess and compassion you have shown me on my short time here. I feel you understand all the words i dont say also.
This place has been so warm and kind its has giving me faith that kindess still exisit. I will do all i can to help those who take the time out for me because i struggle to believe that i am the person you all think, but thats not the point. I am only a little @ tag away ❤❤

@Former-Member its hard to believe we are good or have good points when all we see is the dark. Its easier to accept and believe we are bad rather than fighting an internal battle to accept the good ❤ the joys of mental health hey. Stay strong and when you cant you have us here ( you have us anyway bad or good) ❤

@Former-MemberI think we all struggle with the good other people see in us, I know I certainly do. I know I have a very negative view of myself and do not feel worthy of all the amazing support I get on here. I don;t think I am the only one who feels this way.
