Well, I have written postcards to the married dragons ...... time to get my butt moving from this green park oasis and back into the heat of my real life .....
Going looking for some organisational bits and pieces today to try and help me settle into a much smaller living space.
Have walked 3.4km this morning to see a garden ..... fuelled up on that, and coffee. Will keep me going for now.

@Former-Member I think what you say sums it up just about right. Unless you are a football player with a mental illness no one wants to know. I remember when Linda Hamilton from the Terminator movies came out with her battles with Bipolar all people would concentrate on was her detiorating looks not the fact that she was facing a huge battle with an evil mi.
The neighbour told you to "suck it up"?? Why are people so mean? I will never understand it ... how does the saying go if you cant say anything nice say nothing at all is so true. People should learn to stop being so judgemental ... reminds me of a Depeche Mode song 'Walking in my shoes' so true. Here are the lyrics.

@Former-Member, @Faith-and-Hope , hard night last night , my kidney did not like me havinf a couple of beers yesterday , have not had any for 25 days until yesterday and wow , ouchy all night and now , have to drink lots of water today i think
