@Former-Memberglad you slept but not great that you are exhausted. I understand hard and overwhelming. Just take it hour by hour. That is what I do alot. Just set myself the goal of getting through the hour and not looking ahead. I find it helps when I break the day down like this.

@Bunniekins, that neighbour lost a son in law to SC years ago who should've knew better,also one to size up my weight when I saw her once,one of these who think it's "ok"to comment.
I have to make myself go walking @Faith-and-Hope been muggy,I have put weight on ,no surprise there from chocolates and low self worth.
@Shaz51,don't know why our minds and gut are so opposite when it comes to indulging.

@Shaz51 Do you live in far north Queensland? I think I have to move there but it does get hot too right so Tasmania I think is the go or Antartica maybe with the penguins!
