@Former-Member I had a dream about me telling everyone all my problems and it was very therapeutic and woke me up at the end of it. So I thought I would go online and see who was still up hoping everyone would be away in the land of nod only to see poor NellBell still awake ...

Maybe you should call someone. Would they send someone around though? As long as they dont do that lol .... who needs that excitement.

Minute by minute sounds painful! I know you want sleep but rest or meditation is almost as good (some would say better). But the mind can be tricky...so relaxation and distraction are the first steps.

Any screens are not great as the blu-white light supresses melatonin (you probably know).

I know you have upsetting thoughts...sometimes telling ourself: I can't do anymore about that tonight or I can let that go now to rest, plus the deep breathing can bring relief.

@Bunniekins That is what I am scared of. If I tell them my thoughts atm they might send someone and not do that. I have been trying also to let the pass through, put them on a cloud and let them drift away. I know they are only thoughts and I don’t have to act on them, but it is super hard to ignore them.

@Former-Member Ahaha! It would be fun 🙂 music blastiing and us zooming around in the pea mobile getting up to all kinds of mischief ... I almost feel that we have done it already. We have known each other for awhile now lol and you have helped me so much during that period I wish I could help you get better quicker.

I’m not sleeping, if I do the nightmares will begin and that will make things worse
