RE: Darkness surrounds me

@Former-Member Okay there was some problem from Sane's end re posting but it appears to have corrected itself.

In the dream I was surrounded by a variety of people, shapes, sizes, ethinicity etc. all making accusations of awful things about me. I was protesting my innocense as best I could under such pressure knowing my poor mother was listening to it all. They destroyed my car and were super angry but at the end after listening there was sympathy and peace coming from them. My mother was shattered though. I remember thinking my poor mother.

@Former-Member yes finally got it working it is an old computer lol 🙂

@Former-Member I must try that to put negative thoughts on a cloud and let them float away. That sounds perfect. When I was deeply depressed I would put them in a box and close the lid and never open them up unless I felt the need to revisit them which I never did.

Maybe we should flush them down the toilet where they belong..

@Bunniekins I am glad the dream had a semi good ending with them understanding you, but still not a nice dream to have. Interesting about your mother too and you being more worried about her. Like you were trying to protect her.

Do you do that now?

I know I hardly tell my mother anything for a variety of reasons but one of those reasons is to protect her. Do you do the same?

@Former-Member Yes my sister was close to telling her all of my problems and I told her not to as my mum is 82 if we need to discuss any issues concerning anything negative can we leave mum out of it. She really and I am sure that you feel the same way doesnt need to know.

So yes like you I protect my mum. I love my mum 😄

@Bunniekins So even in your dream you are still protecting your mum. It seems like you love her a lot and have a good relationship with her. Maybe in a way you are worried how she would react or if she would cope if she ever found out.

Howdo you feel about the people being angry with you at the start?

The reason I don’t tell my mum is because she suffers depression herself and has got enough to worry about. However she is one that refuses to get help because she thinks she doesn’t need it. 😕😕
