No havent slept yet. Been busy and really only having a small break now then ill be gone again @Former-Member
Was meeting up with someone to go walking but she doesnt like to reply to msgs ao am probably gong on my own. we are suppose to meet up now and go before i have to do things at home. Wiill see what happens i suppose......

Was going for a walk but laid down @outlander,did read @Former-Member and @Sans911 who seem OK ,I'm having a low moment too.Just had my mother bulls******* on the phones to someone all above her health which embarrasses me and how she overdid it yesterday. To my memory she was asleep in the recliner all afternoon whilst I housecleaned.I don't know whether to scream,laugh or cry.Too tired ATM to do any.

@Sans911I am glad your sleeping tablets are helping. Finally some things going your way and working out for you 
Struggling tonight. Feel like I am just going around in circles. I can feel all of this pushing me backwards. I guess I should have expected it. Didn't think it would be this hard so early on. Expected all of this next week sometime.
