I have just had enough. I so much just want to dissapear right now, to make myself forget, to leave. Just had it.

Why, it was so good today. I tried super hard to control it, to get through without doing it and I just hate myself now. I have no control over it what so ever. What is wrong with me.

@Former-Memberthere is nothing wrong with you at all. trauma affecting the brain is shite and we cant control our subconscious. thats where we get into trouble. i know you tried hard today and you done a brilliant job. night time like most of us seems to be the time you go down quickly. so baby steps tonight. breathe..... talk here, talk offline, safety plan strategies....
