@outlanderI was going really well today. Spent some time with the kids, feeling good. Went out for tea with friends for hubbys birthday, started getting anxious, came home and then the fkn flashbacks started and had a panic attack.
How can a good day turn out so crappy in the end? Sorry, rant over

Have to go to GP to get some more. She can contact pdoc but wont be able to do that till Monday.
I just wanted one day, especially today to get through. I hate my life and I am so over it. I don't want to play this cruel game that my brain is playing anymore. I just want to quit altogether.
