RE: Darkness surrounds me

@outlanderthanks for last night. Just got too overwhelmed with everything.

Spoke to SCBS, took my normal meds and got a bit of sleep. Hopefully today has some good in it.

How are you going today?

@Former-Member Hi NellBell just checking you are okay this morning. Did you sleep at all I hope?

@Bunniekinsyeah I am ok, got a little bit of sleep. Yesterday was good but it just derailed last night.

Have pushed the restart button this morning

@Former-Member You know what NellBell you are sounding better than you have been for months. Do you think it is the new medication? I know it is not perfect but you definatley sound a lil bit calmer.

@outlanderso am I sis, it breaks my heart seeing her have to go through this, so not fair.

@BunniekinsI think the new meds are starting to work. I can feel an improvement in everyday. I am not bed/couch bound anymore which is good.

I just need something now to help with the flashbacks and nightmares.

@Former-Member Any ideas on what the doctor will recommend re flashbacks and nightmares? Some kind of therapy?

@Bunniekinsit is something that my psych and I will have to work through together. He has a few ideas but says I am not ready yet. I think he may be right. So it will be some sort of therapy just awhile off.
