Hi @Former-Member, great to hear you had your appointment today and are talking with them about things. Slowly, slowly step by step. You are doing this. I have great hope that you and your psych will work out suitable steps for managing whilst your hubby is away.

@Bunniekinsday has been ok. I just come out of psych session just mentally and physically exhausted. He asks a lot of hard questions, which is probably good, but he gives me things to think about afterwards which makes a one hour session feel like about a six hour session!! It's still going on in my head. Maybe that's a good thing. Do you feel like that at all?

Sat outside before and enjoyed a cup of tea and read some of my book, self care done!

I read that you had a good day with your mum which was nice. How are you?
