@Former-Member I wish I really do wish I had your psychologist he sounds fantastic. As for whether I think about things after my session with let us say Dr G for hours later yes I do probably not as long as you ... it doesnt exhaust me it invigorates me. I feel that I can take on things and he makes me laugh which is great .... god I am going to miss him ...

Self care with a cup of tea and a read sounds perfect. You know what NellBell I am pretty good thanks. My nerves and moods are under control perfectly atm. No rippling effect which was upsetting me so all is good in the world 😄

@BunniekinsI am glad things have settled down for you, now you just need to find another Dr G.

He is a good psych, I am lucky in that way, but I did tell him after a session I am totally done! Psych talked about self worth a bit too which I forgot to add. That I find my self worth less important than others around me. Guess it goes back to those feelings of worthlessness still embedded in me

What have you got planned for tomorrow? Can you mum take your daughter out again?

First thing in morning I have to go pick up kids books for school but that will only take about 20 mins.

It is going to be 39 here tomorrow so I plan on being a star fish in front of the air con tomorrow and not moving!!! I think the kids and dog will join me. Way too hot to venture outside tomorrow.

What have you got on for tomorrow?

@Former-Member Oh no! 39 for you tomorrow means 39 for me on Friday! and the weather has been perfect oh well ... I am going to be very slothful. I plan to knit and sleep most of the day. I just want to curl up in a ball on my bed and sleep. That is the plan anyway, we will see.

@Bunniekinsit is 39 here Thursday and Friday so you have some hot weather coming your way. I DO NOT like the heat so am going to turn in a melting puddle!

Slothful sounds like a good idea for tomorrow. I might turn into a sloth for the next two days

@Former-Member When I was growing up it was never hot like it has been ... just awful. I have a great book that I have read once but will read again because it was just so good.

@BunniekinsI think the heat effects me more as I get older

A book sounds good tomorrow. We might turn it into a movie day tomorrow at home.
