Bit of a catch up now @outlander @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Bunniekins @Sans911 @Faith-and-Hope

Ended up at the ED just after midnight with my son. Another asthma attack but I couldn't control this one at home so took him in. Was there most of the night but thankfully he improved finally, didn't have to be admitted and am home now. I was able to get a couple of hours sleep before.

Mentally and emotionally I have just had it. I know he couldn't help it but I didn't really need that last night. I am over everything and need just one day out of my head. Taken some prn to try my hardest to keep everything under control.

@outlanderit is just minute by minute now. I wasn't great yesterday and I think this has just magnified things. I just feel utterly defeated atm. Self care feels even hard
