@Sans911I find motivation such a struggle too. I think when you spend so much anergy simply trying to stay safe and control your thoughts, there is little motivation and/or energy to expell for anything else.

I am hearing you hun. I wish I knew to why is has to be so difficult. Seems like an almost unanswerable question. Big hugs

Not going anywhere today Miss 12 has gone out with my mum so that should make her happy and son is home with me. I feel so tired and zonked out today even though I had a good sleep last night. Not sure if it is my night meds (which I now take 3 different kinds) that are making me feel like this, lack of sleep the other day or something else.

@Former-Member Good that your mum could help out like that. Precious moments with your mother she will remember and it gives you some quiet time too. I am good today. Weather is cool and I am knitting lol ... not very well will have to post a thread 'Help gp with knitting lol' ...

@Former-Member Can see it now love it!!!! My stomach has been feeling hungry todayso I think the fat is starting to burn up. I have a pair of grey pants I would like to wear this winter it would be great to fit back into them again. Heres to another cup of water! 😄
