Hi @catgirl this is med take 7. Is annoying but trying to find the right dosage and combination. Unfortunately these things take time which is super frustratiing.
I don't want to sleep becasue of nightmares of previous trauma.

Ahh ..ok .. @Neii23 ... im sorry you have nightmares and can totally relate...i dont sleep very well and when i do its always nightmares starring past and present traumas..so i dont want to be awake and i dont want to sleep... i cant win ...i hope you do get some sleep and i hope its without terrible nightmares 💤💤

I have been very patient!!
Ok , going to watch a movie now, think I have had enough of the BBT!
Been going through my coping box and adding a few things to it. Trying to clear my mind
And the new movie is..................................Oceans 11. Figured I could watch all 3 tonight, that should take me to morning
