I don't care if no one reads this, I just need to vent.

Today has been one of those days that you just want to forget. All I feel like I have done is cry and try to control my flashbacks and my thoughts. These are the days where I know I need to up my self care but sometimes I struggle just to do that and today has just been one of those day. The new meds have given me side effects which hopefully will settle down in a few days when my body gets adjusted to the new meds and increase in dosage. Everything just seems so damm hard today. I won't be sleeping tonight because I know what is waiting for me and that just scares me too much. This is the point where I just want to give up.

@Former-Memberthanks. I feel like I neglect my kids. I have so much trouble looking after myself, and it takes every last bit of energy to pretend like things are semi ok in front of them.
