@Former-Member Yes I went for a walk with the kidults. the weather here has been beautiful warm with a light cool breeze. So we took a walk to the shops and back. Day 14 of healthy eating and water and even when pizza was delivered I wasnt tempted so hopefully I am now on the straight and narrow regarding food and eating habits.

I have absolutely no news whatsoever nothing is happening in my life. It is boring, boring, boring ... probably a good thing ...

@Bunniekinsthat would have been nice going for a walk with you kidults. We have stayed home the last two days (b/c of me) so will have to make myself go out with them somewhere tomorrow. They need to get out of the house.

Well done on resisting pizza and going the healthy option. That takes will power.

Boring is good sometimes! How are you feeling on your meds now? I know you had some issues with them.

Well when I couldnt cry when Dr G told me he was leaving and I wanted to I realized that I just have to put up with the dosage the way it is or I wont be able to show any emotion at all which is not a good thing ... what can you do nothing is perfect is it. I suppose I have the meds and dosage as close to perfect as possible.

@BunniekinsI am going to take my meds plus some emergency ones so hopefully sleep tonight

I guess meds are never going to give us the perfet emotions. Close enough will have to be good enough for now.

@Bunniekinshas anyone ever put you on a separate medication instead of increasing the ones you have? like maybe a mood stabiliser? or are you already on that?

@outlander I am on a mood stabilizer and anti psychotic and anti depressent and another anti psychotic ... the mood stabilizer works really well but doc is right I cannot argue any more.

BTW outlander is so funny your avatar is a triangle here lol:D
