It is a really hard part too @Former-Member - I understand how incredibly confronting and daunting it is for you. You have made it through the night and the last few really difficult hours - whether you kept completely safe or not in that time - you did get through Your appointment is quite a way off so this is the time to not look too far ahead (yes easier said than done) and take each minute, each hour as it comes - and reach out for support here if/when you need - lean on us to hold you up and walk you through today

Ask yourself this question @Former-Member - not what do you do but what do you feel you can cope with? Be realistic, be objective - think about both sides - benefits of each and projected 'consequences' of each - then work towards what you believe you can realistically 'live with' moving forward.

I still can't control anything, I am still shaking, the SI and SH are back and won't go away. They are taking over. I'm sorry that you have to listen to this, I don't want to drag anyone into this. My thoughts are scrambled in my head and I can't unscramble them.

It is ok @Former-Member - it really is. I am staying here with you. Let's look at each thought in isolation of each other so it is not so overwhelming. First thing that comes to mind (no pun intended at all) - type it then post - dn't even think!
