What is the point anymore in trying to get help? Shut down, misunderstood, ignored, insignificant, worthless, the list just keeps going on and on.

Also, don't ask someone how they are unless you are really going to listen to them. They don't want to hear the truth, all they want to hear is "I'm fine" so it makes them feel better. I would rather you just say nothing at all. I am used to being ignored anyway. Had enough of people and the struggles in real life
