@outlanderon top of everything else today I just got a phonecall from my friends hubby.

She has gone downhill really quickly and the docs think it will be either tonight or tomorrow. I just had to beeak the news to my mum. I cannot handle this with everything else going on.

I feel the same way about the

"how are you" question and even worse when they ask me about feelings and dont really want to know.

I can't do this anymore, it just feels like it is all pilling up at once. I didn't need this now, crap how selfish does that sound. I just can't stop the tears, they just won't stop tonight, and I am just getting more and more upset

Why does life have to be so cruel?

I can't deal with these flashbacks, the pdoc was an ahole last week and I so need to see my psych but he is away still. Then that dreaded phone call so now I will be sitting up all night waiting for the next dreaded call that I don't want but know it will come.

I don't want this life anymore
