Nothing seems to be working tonight. Have already spoken to SCBS without any success tonight. I know I should have told my psych everything but I just got scared. I knew what would happen and that frightened me. My sh/si are still there despite trying so much to try and calm them down. I don't know where to go from here. I think I just need to go for now.

@Sans911you understand the sh/si. My sh is taking on different forms now and thats what I didn't tell my psych. I was afraid I would be admitted. But I know I should have because it is so hard to control. I'm trying not to take it too far but the line is getting so blurred. Does any of that make sense?
