I not great but will get there. Just talked through my issue today (it is too sensitive for on here and not really allowed with the detail I had to say) which has brought up some troubling feelings that I am just trying to stay clear of. It’s all a bit messy and stressed in my head atm.

After last night and how well it went, it has all come crushing downtoday . The session with my psych was extrenely hard, the email received from work was hard, getting triggered today was was hard. It's just all too hard. I just want to omit today from my life

The session was so hard talking about SH and SI. I had a flashback in his office and lost it big time. It took the rest of the session for him to help me control it and then didn't get to discuss what I needed to get off my chest. Then got triggered afterwards over something stupid. I just feel numb now, I don't feel anything anymore. I don't know what it worse, feeling anxious or feeling nothing.
